The first step: Rinse the sponge and wet with warm water until it is completely soft and flat.
Step 2: Squeeze the sponge very gently to get any excess water out of it

Fourth step: Gently massage the sponge on your face in a circular motion and upward. Avoid vigorously scratching the skin, acne, or the area around the eyes.
